The closed‑chamber doctor blade system enables full 6‑color wash‑up in ≤30 minutes. Key features include active unwinding with closed‑loop tension control, up to φ1200 mm parent roll capacity, ceramic anilox rolls (80–1000 LPI), a 3‑zone hot‑air drying unit (24 kW), and an inline static image inspection system.
